We want to ensure that you are happy with the item you receive. If you are not entirely satisfied you can send your item back for a full refund providing you send it back within 30 days of the date you received your item.
To return your item, please email email@example.com letting us know the reason you would like to return the item. We will then provide return details and a returns ID.
If the item is not faulty but you have simply changed your mind, we will still issue a full refund however please note that:
- return postage will not be paid
- the item should be sent back in its original packaging and be in tact
Once the item has been returned, you will be issued with a full refund within 2-3 days of receipt of the item. The payment will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note: we are only able to provide a refund for personalised
